Why are Gutters Important?
1 inch of rainfall on a 1,000 sq. ft. roof will send more than 600 gallons of water into your gutters. Clogged gutters can cause water damage & mold. Every gallon of water in your gutters will put 8lbs of pressure on the fascia, eventually causing the roof to pull apart from the house. Proper installation is essential.
What type of gutters are best for homes near the beach?
For homes near the ocean, such as Myrtle Beach or Ocean Isle Beach, rust-resistant materials like seamless aluminum or copper are recommended. These hold up better against salt exposure and coastal weather conditions.
How long do gutters typically last?
In our area's coastal climate, traditional aluminum gutters usually last 15–20 years. However, salt air, heavy rains, and debris can shorten that lifespan if gutters aren't regularly maintained.
What are my gutter style options?
K-style & Half-Round Gutters are available in copper, galvalume, or aluminum in any color listed here. Galvalume Gutters come in 5in or 6in, and the difference is the distance from the front to the back of the gutter.
Box Gutters are available in high-gloss white or black, and are found in 7", 8" or 10" sizes.
What are my downspout options?
Downspouts are available in corrugated aluminum in any color listed in the color chart. They are available 4"x5" or 3"x4".

Can I replace just a section of damaged gutter, or do I need a full replacement?
It depends on the extent of the damage. If only one section is leaking or sagging, a partial repair may be possible. But if multiple areas are compromised, it’s often more cost-effective to install a new seamless system.
Do gutter guards really work in areas with pine trees and heavy rain?
Yes, when professionally installed, gutter guards can significantly reduce clogs caused by pine needles, leaves, and storm debris—common in our area.
What are the benefits of Seamless Gutters?
How do I know if my gutters need repair or replacement?
Common signs include sagging gutters, visible cracks or holes, peeling paint, water pooling near your foundation, rust, or gutters pulling away from the house. If repairs are frequent, replacement may be the better long-term solution.
How often should gutters be cleaned?
Most homes should have their gutters cleaned at least twice a year—typically in the spring and fall. Homes surrounded by trees or in coastal areas may need more frequent cleanings to prevent clogs.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our work with a 1 year labor warranty on every installation. The products we use also come with manufacturer warranties. We’re happy to walk you through the details!
What if it rains on my install date?
Your safety and the quality of our work always come first. If rain is in the forecast, we will reschedule you for the soonest possible date. We can’t install in wet conditions because it’s unsafe for our crew, who often work on roofs, and it can wash away fresh caulking, leading to leaks and future problems.
How will I know where my gutters will be placed?
We include a detailed diagram with your estimate, so you can clearly see exactly where your gutters and downspouts will be placed. You’ll have the opportunity to review everything and request any adjustments before installation. Clear plans. No surprises. Just the way it should be!
